Beaker 1: potato in plain water
Weight at beginning of lab was 2.3 grams and after it was 3.0grams
Potato 1 was in plain water and it gained weight besides that everything else stayed the same.

Beaker 2: potato in salt water
Weight at beginning of lab was 3.0 grams and after it was 2.0 grams
Potato 2 was in salt water and it lost weight due to the fact that the water left the potato

Beaker three had a sausage of tubing with starch solution and the iodine went in through the tubing and turned it purplish black
